Felt Cloche Hat- Made from Nova Scotia Shetland Wool- Size Medium

This one of a kind felt hat was made from Shetland wool grown on a small Nova Scotia farm. The colours come entirely from the sheep. There are three different sheep shade in this hat. One on the outside, one on the inside and one on the brown rose.
These hats begin as unspun wool and using water, a bit of soap a lot of muscle power and a lot of time are turned into felt.
The resulting hat is super warm, very water and wind resistant and do quite well when they get crushed.
Although this hat is reminiscent of a time when ladies were meant to be delicate, there is nothing delicate about this hat. It is hardy through and through.
Please measure your head before ordering. Your head size should be between 22″-22.5″. Here are my measuring instructions.

To measure your head, take a soft tape measure and measure just above the eyebrows, above the tips of the ears and around the largest part of the back of your head. Try to not let the tape measure swoop down towards your neck. If you don’t have a soft tape measure you can use a string and then carefully measure the string. Repeat this a few times to be sure that you keep getting the same number.
