This little Pixie style hat was hand knit, felted and embroidered by me in my Lunenburg, Nova Scotia studio. This particular hat will medium head size, between 22″-23″. It is made from Canadian wool, raised and spun in Canada. The wool comes from Dorset sheep which have a very strong, durable fleece. The wool has a rustic feel. If you love wool then this is a great, windproof and waterproof hat, but it definitely feels like wool. Most women who have tried on hats made from this wool love it, but if you are sensitive to wool then this isn’t the best choice.
