Polka dot Hand Felted Earflap Hat

Every winter needs a healthy dose of polka dots.

This hat is handmade by me in my Lunenburg, Nova Scotia studio. Hand felted with super soft merino wool, it not only will bring a smile to everyone you pass, but it will keep you very visible if you happen to fall into a snow bank.  Can I call this a safety hat?  Yeah, I’m going for it.

This is a one of a kind hat.  You can rest assured that you will be the only human on earth with this hat.  The size of this hat is slightly larger than medium.  It has a very deep crown, so if you have a particularly short forehead this is not the hat for you.  You’ll want your head size to fall between 22.5″-23″ to fit this hat. I can re block this up to 23.5″ if requested.

Here’s how to measure your head properly: Take a soft tape measure and measure the circumference of your head just above the ears, above the tips of the ears and around the largest part of the back of your head.

Although I expect that you will never want to part with this hat, I know that sometimes things just don’t work out. If that’s the case, I will gladly take the hat back and fully refund payment less the cost of shipping.
