Description

This classic wheat straw cloche hat is created on my antique straw braid sewing machine. It begins as a hank of braided straw and after being soaked in water is sewn into a hat. The soft inner band is hand sewn into the hat and then the hat is trimmed with beautiful, simple ribbon.
It’s a timeless hat. The tight weave of the straw and the overlapping layers of braid provide excellent sun protection.

Each hat is made to order, so please let me know your head size. It will take approximately two weeks to complete your hat and I will send a notice as soon as it ships.
