I originally purchased this pretty metallic, shimmery ribbon around 25 years ago, so I think that makes it “vintage”. It is 2 3/4″ wide and made in the Netherlands. It would work well for millinery, crafting, gift wrapping, binding, floral arrangement and so much more.
