This adorable vintage picot edged grosgrain ribbon hails from the 1960s. It has been waiting over 50 years for the perfect project. Personally, I think it would be perfect on a straw or felt hat. The ribbon is 1.5″ wide and is sold in a continuous 2 yard cut. (That’s all there is.)
